1 Introduction

5. Conclusion of contract and cancellation
Minimum age is 18 years.
Products, services and prices that are published on happyonion.ch are considered offers. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places his order via the online shop happyonion.ch. The customer will then receive an automatically sent order confirmation by email to the email address they provided. This order confirmation informs the customer that his order has arrived and a contract has therefore been concluded. It does not constitute a promise that the ordered product can be effectively delivered. Orders are binding and the customer is obliged to accept them. Cancellations or changes are only possible through happyonion.ch. The offer is always subject to the subsequent condition of impossibility of delivery or incorrect pricing. If the product is already with the customer, ownership automatically returns to happyonion.ch. happyonion.ch must pay the amount back to the customer. If the product has not yet been delivered to the customer, the customer is not obliged to accept it. happyonion.ch is not obliged to make a replacement delivery. If the customer does not accept the ordered products despite the obligation to accept them, the contract can be terminated by happyonion.ch. The resulting costs (operating costs) can be invoiced. In the event of happyonion.ch's inability to deliver, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (right of withdrawal). In the event of a cancellation due to non-delivery by happyonion.ch, amounts already paid will be refunded to the customer. Products delivered to the customer remain the property of happyonion.ch until full payment has been made.

9. Guarantee
The guarantee period is 2 years and is set by law throughout Europe. Dresses and accessories are excluded. Reasons for exclusion are damage caused by falls, impacts or moisture, natural wear and tear, malfunctions caused by your own intervention or modifications to the product. All wearing parts are excluded from the warranty period.

11. Returns
If returns of goods are approved by happyonion.ch, these will be at the customer’s expense and risk.
