The guarantee period is 2 years and is set by law throughout Europe. Dresses and accessories are excluded. Reasons for exclusion are damage caused by falls, impacts or moisture, natural wear and tear, malfunctions caused by your own intervention or modifications to the product. All wearing parts are excluded from the warranty period.
